Winshots System Snapshot :: Technical Support


Currently we support System Snapshot through e-mail and Skype only. To receive help or answers to your questions about Winshots System Snapshot you must be a registered user. Non-registered users will also receive help except we cannot guarantee that this will happen promptly enough. Do not send us the same inquiries twice. Eventually we will get back to you. Sending the same question twice will only slow things down as we have to look through each message that we receive. Registered users will have priority over the non-registered user but nonetheless they still will be answered on the "first come first server bases".  Registered user may also request to schedule a Skype phone call at their discretion.
